Articulate plans
give
management teams an edge in winning support for new ventures and new
directions. I help clients develop business plans to secure
equity or debt funding, revise
or reposition existing business models, and secure
support and funding for public-private initiatives. A good deal of
this work has been for early-stage companies with ambitions to go to scale. I also write and
produce strategic plans for corporations, government agencies, and
nonprofit organizations.
The process that I use examines assumptions, considers
trade-offs, and sharpens strategic thinking. The end product is a
well-packaged, reader-friendly story
geared to the concerns of the target audience, whether investors,
strategic partners, or stakeholders.
